101 waterfalls in Milford Sound, New Zealand

It is one of the rainiest regions of the world. At the same time, one of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. 

Milford Sound is a fjord in the southwest area of ​​the South Island of New Zealand, which is rare to find on a sunny day. 

In the area, falling more than 6,800 mm of rainfall per year (may even fall 300 mm in one day).  The particularity of the rugged landscape with steep chasms that can reach 1200 meters, cause the water to drain from a rushing way: hundreds of waterfalls falling into the sea providing a unique and uproarious other show.
