Because there still solidarity


Why is this possible. n the world some animals can get a long. They are different they are deadly enemies (meaning food) and still they get a long.

The only changes that we have is the name that we use for God. At the end it comes to the same result some divine force, soul, celestial body, universe, Sun. As you will like to call us that we do believe that exist and make a lot of situations possible. 

Again we still killing people for politics, money, land. At the end we all are Humans that have different thoughts different skin color. And that's what makes life fascinating learning new things new cultures, even do u don't share eating bugs or some animals like snake meat. We can learn a new culture why they do that and if we can or not follow or do the same, or even more magnificent we can teach them about our culture, our family our "race". At the end we win or lose it's our choice.

We might think bad of a first experience in our life with some people, but we don't see the possibilities, as well if we have an invitation to something new. Let's try to see the bright side of it, we will meet a new place, new people, or even a new good favorite restaurant




       


Going Green


I actually drive like this... but yesterday there was an accident nothing serious only the cars got injured,  but it's because the desperation to be at home... We should at least be thankful that we are going and that in 30 min or 1 hour we will be at home, and enjoy music, chat, the view, even jokes that makes us laugh.

When you are meeting new people

We get nervous to meet new people but at the same time we get exited. 

Try to see positive every single new person that enters to your life, you never know when you are going need, learn, love, care, thanks to that person for been in your life. 



Having Sex... Or making love


It's healthy, It's relaxing, and it helps you to have a nice skin.


You can always have new ideas, new positions to try, don't feel shy with your partner, remember you can always trust your couple, if you trust your couple to be naked you can also trust your couple to talk how to improve the experience of sex or making love. 

Try to be passionate in everything with your couple, try to to be gentle and try to enjoy. 

When you are finished no matter what.. If you want more or need more and your couple it's tired. Don't get anxious or frustrated. If you do have the extra energy try to make a massage for him/her or even take a shower to relax, you will see that she/he will get back to action, just don't push things.

Remember be happy, everything needs to be perfect but you need to take time to make it that way.

101 waterfalls in Milford Sound, New Zealand

It is one of the rainiest regions of the world. At the same time, one of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. 

Milford Sound is a fjord in the southwest area of ​​the South Island of New Zealand, which is rare to find on a sunny day. 

In the area, falling more than 6,800 mm of rainfall per year (may even fall 300 mm in one day).  The particularity of the rugged landscape with steep chasms that can reach 1200 meters, cause the water to drain from a rushing way: hundreds of waterfalls falling into the sea providing a unique and uproarious other show.

 
 



Sequoia Forest in United States


I love the forest, the peace a quiet that can bring to us is something out of this world. 

Today I will speak of several different Forest around  the Planet Earth.

Located in the southern Sierra Nevada mountains of California. The U.S. National Forest is named for the majestic Giant Sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum)

Emotions and Desire


Try to categorize the emotions and desires in good or bad, appropriate or inappropriate.  

We have  to establish ethical and moral rules to evaluate desires and emotions, rules that do not always fit the needs of the Limbic System, so we entered the conflict between brain physiology and the rules of society and culture.
 
This clearly is not possible or advisable to satisfy all our desires is necessary to select the incentive we receive from those who are not going to let affect us and which we can not do, this selection process is a highly rational process.

Relax yourself and gain more Time.


1 Know your usual speed, which means that everyone must know when work more efficiently, there is day and night people, everyone should be able to recognize when your mind is exhausted, feeling fatigue, performance decreases. When that happens you have to take a break or change activity to achieve relaxation and recover.


 
2nd Target your life. Keep track of the day's activities, giving priority to the most important so that time becomes more handy and controllable.
Avoid multitasking. By distributing attention increases the possibility of errors.
 
3rd Learn to say no and set limits on their availability. Do not allow interruptions when you are busy. Turn off your cell phone and delayed the replies to this. These measures will improve performance. Because doing so means taking the time and lose focus of what you are doing.
People often asks you to do things because they think that you are qualified or because they do not want to. That doesn't  necessarily mean that you should.
 
4th Delegate. Raise the level of awareness that you are NOT the only person with the ability to make things. Accept or ask for help from people close to you. 
 Allowing you to have more energy and more time for more important tasks.
 
5th Check your impulses, you need to think before speaking, or commit yourself to avoid having to apologize later.

Be Thankful

For the only fact of been able to sleep in a bed or something close to a bed.
For been able to had a meal.
For been able to see the sunrise.

When the time pass by we are not able to see. 
We make ourselves blind to life.

We can't see the beauty of the air that we breath, we can not see the beauty of having a family, even if is a mother, grandmother, cousin, aunt, even a dog can be our family, someone that care for us in our worst moments, someone that is always there when we think we are alone.

Be thankful, remember you are been blind for stress, debts, work, studies. 
Time to time you need to stop, at least for five minutes and remember that you need to thank life it self

My Hands


Many times we complain our misfortune and our disasters.


These hands are not pretty, but they belong to me
God allows me to use them every day to do what is necessary.  

With many scars and swollen joints.
At his own way, God has blessed my work.  

People look at me, talk and sometimes mocks me
They really don't understand
Actually I have no deformations as some may think.  

My hands have caused me terrible pain and many sleepless nights, but I still have ten fingers to keep my family together.
 
Just like today, I write a lot of poetry I love.  
My hand can guide a pencil. The words come from higher.
 
Although sometimes not sound adjusting, I thank God every day for these afflicted hands mine when my prayer time arrives. 


I know you may wonder why. Because, it could be much worst, if God take my hands.  
That it would be a curse.

 Para con el Estrés

Todo ser humano tiene las herramientas para controlar el estrés y así procurarse una vida  feliz y más saludable.

El cerebro tiene la capacidad de analizar, de ver, de comprender, de sentir y de actuar, lo único necesario es armonizarlas, porque el ser humano es una combinación de cuerpo, mente, sociedad y espíritu.

Para mantener el equilibrio y estar libre del estrés lo que se debe hacer es mantener en armonía cada una de las partes, pues cuando se desequilibra una parte del sistema, se desequilibra el todo.

 

Las Metas.

 


Contribuir a una buena causa con algo de uno mismo trae grandes recompensas.

Produce bienestar y es una de las maneras de sentirse bien.

Ayudar a los demás nos sirve para combatir el estrés.
