Sitting = Smoking


The new doctor said "sit equals today to what it was smoking" is not an exaggeration, tells the October edition of the "Mayo Clinic Health Letter." While most people do not smoke, everyone sits and many do every day for quite some time. In fact, many employees sit for 15 hours a day.
The underlying message is becoming more clear: It is important for health, to exercise daily, but also have to pay attention to the time we spend sit.

 Alegria


A vida nos deu tanta alegria como problemas, aprender e desfrutar ao mesmo tempo.
 
O problema é que nos concentramos mais no lado negativo que o positivo.
Se alguém disse ou não se sentir bem no dia, que nós dura toda a semana; você se esqueça de apreciar as coisas mundanas como a natureza, o sabor do café ou chocolate quente.  Talvez alguns comentários interessantes que foram ditas antes. 

E tudo porque focalizamos os maus momentos pode ser um problema e talvez 15 ou mais interessante e as coisas belas da vida simplesmente não apreciar um momento difícil que tivemos ....

E quando foi a última vez que você riu?

We have  to establish ethical and moral rules to evaluate desires and emotions, rules that do not always fit the needs of the Limbic System, so we entered the conflict between brain physiology and the rules of society and culture.
 
This clearly is not possible or advisable to satisfy all our desires is necessary to select the incentive we receive from those who are not going to let affect us and which we can not do, this selection process is a highly rational process.

The most important accomplishments of our  
lives are the result of small actions or thoughts, repeated again and again.  
Nothing causes more stress than to live thinking that nothing its to important or valuable enough for our life.

I understand what is happening and we act consciously, we protect ourselves from the impact of losing the territory. 


If we do not change, The imbalance of our body will charge to us that time lost and the feeling of " not having roots" will be transformed later in to a physical or mental symptoms.
