What if we can run without shoes?
I was reading that it seems as per Harvard investigators, if we run without our sport shoes we can have more benefits for our health.
This theory is based on the scientists found that those who run without shoes, fall into the front of the foot, which causes less impact on the body. When running with shoes, usually supported foot heel down, which generates a strong impact which is about two or three times the body weight.
So... are you willing to run without shoes??

A vida nos deu tanta alegria como problemas, aprender e desfrutar ao mesmo tempo.

Be Thankful
For the small things in life. Be thankful.
For the only fact of been able to sleep in a bed or something close to a bed.
For been able to had a meal.
For been able to see the sunrise.
When the time pass by we are not able to see.
We make ourselves blind to life.
We can't see the beauty of the air that we breath, we can not see the beauty of having a family, even if is a mother, grandmother, cousin, aunt, even a dog can be our family, someone that care for us in our worst moments, someone that is always there when we think we are alone.
Be thankful, remember you are been blind for stress, debts, work, studies.
Time to time you need to stop, at least for five minutes and remember that you need to thank life it self

Things that you will need in the road of Happiness
The attitude: It's Important to learn and enjoy the good things that happens.
Exercise: Your body as well needs to learn how to be healthy and feel healthy.
Learn to live in the moment: I don't think I need to explain this.
The mood: You can see everything with other eyes by been sad or been happy.
Forgiveness: You need to let go, the pass it's the pass, did affect you but your learned from it.
Relationships: It's always good to say Good morning, Good afternoon and Good night to everybody.
