Let's talk about....


Donald Taylor "Don" Ritchie,  (9 June 1925 – 13 May 2012) was an Australian who officially rescued 160 people from suicide as of 2009 over a 45-year period, although his family claims the number is closer to 400. Ritchie resided next to The Gap, a cliff in Sydney, Australia, known for multiple suicide attempts. In 2006, he was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for his rescues, the official citation being for "service to the community through programs to prevent suicide."Ritchie and his wife Moya were also named "Citizens of the Year" for 2010 by Woollahra Council, the local government authority responsible for The Gap. He received Local Hero Award for Australia in 2011, the National Australia Day Council saying: "His kind words and invitations into his home in times of trouble have made an enormous difference ... 
With such simple actions, Don has saved an extraordinary number of lives."
Ritchie explained his intervention in suicide attempts saying "you can't just sit there and watch them"



All in this life it's about patient...


To be patient to learn how to love yourself.
To be patient in the tolerance to others.
To be patient to be the best in your school or work.
To be patient with your family or with your loved one.


It's hard and it's boring but we need to learn and we will win more for our selves.

More about Stress


Some techniques are: change the attitude, learning to live in the moment, developing a sense of humor, learn to  forgive and give, improve relationships and focus on what  they have instead of lamenting what is missing, if is possible learn and practice and most certainly your stress level will be lower.  

If the family also encourage empathy with the relatives, listen to them, treat them with love and affection, aggression levels will decrease significantly. 

We understand that it is impossible to achieve all previous goals, it is necessary to identify which one will be the one you need or someone close to you, will need as well.

Remember Love, forgiveness, and patience are the most important.

Stress and  Doctors


Stress is a biological reaction, affects doctors and patients. It is expressed and modulates according to the character of each person. You can not handle the outside stress. if you have not learned to do it yourself. The stressed patients, increase the stress of the physicians they have not found a way to channel their own tensions, generating anxiety and feelings of impotence; impeding the therapeutic work. There is not an instant solution. Manage the stress on medical and patients; involves behavior modification, which requires: wanting to change, make the decision and do it consistently.

We miss the things in this life because we do not take a chance, to see them or to enjoy them. We go to fast, and we need to stop and see our surroundings.

Por eso hay que ponerle atención a lo que está pasando a nivel físico. 

La salud es producto de ese movimiento, ese fluir hacia delante y hacia atrás.

Cuando te sientes mal, no solo a nivel físico, también a nivel emocional y espiritual, es necesario parar y prestar atención.

Oír las señales del cuerpo y tratar de traducir el mensaje.

De las cosas y los amigos..


Identifica tus confidentes, 
la felicidad proviene en gran parte de la gente a tu alrededor especialmente en los malos tiempos, las amistades y las redes sociales ayudan a mejorar la depresión y ayudan a rebajar la presión, busca alguien fuera de tu entorno que no dependa de ti.

Que te inspire confianza y que pueda escucharte sin juzgarte aunque no este de acuerdo contigo. 

Ten una lista de gente amiga a quien puedas recurrir si los necesitas de emergencia y cultívalos en los buenos tiempos para que te ayuden en los malos, eso servirá para estimularte aumentará tu confianza y te dará seguridad.
