Remembering Gandhi

 Alegria


A vida nos deu tanta alegria como problemas, aprender e desfrutar ao mesmo tempo.
 
O problema é que nos concentramos mais no lado negativo que o positivo.
Se alguém disse ou não se sentir bem no dia, que nós dura toda a semana; você se esqueça de apreciar as coisas mundanas como a natureza, o sabor do café ou chocolate quente.  Talvez alguns comentários interessantes que foram ditas antes. 

E tudo porque focalizamos os maus momentos pode ser um problema e talvez 15 ou mais interessante e as coisas belas da vida simplesmente não apreciar um momento difícil que tivemos ....

E quando foi a última vez que você riu?

Hoh national park, United States

 Thanks to the frequent rain, the result is a lush, green canopy of both coniferous and deciduous species.

 Mosses and ferns that blanket the surfaces add another dimension to the enchantment of the rainforest. 

The Hoh Rain Forest is located in the stretch of the Pacific Northwest rainforest which once spanned the Pacific coast from southeastern Alaska to the central coast of California. 

The Hoh is one of the finest remaining examples of temperate rainforest in the United States. 





Ricón de la Vieja Costa Rica


This area is one of the 5 most ecologically diverse areas of Costa Rica and one of the National Parks that offers the most varied experience.  

In addition to large areas of primary rainforest on the north side and tropical dry forest in the south, the Rincón de la Vieja National Park involves two active volcanoes (V.Rincón de la Vieja V.Santa Maria), six minor volcanic peaks several bubbling mud pits, a volcanic lake and dozens of rivers, canyons and waterfalls. 

Inside the park, offers visitors beautiful trails for hiking, mountain biking or horseback riding.

Tetrachromacy

Tetrachromacy is the condition of possessing four independent channels for conveying color information, or possessing four different types of cone cells in the eye. 

Organisms with tetrachromacy are called tetrachromats.

In tetrachromatic organisms, the sensory color space is four-dimensional, meaning that to match the sensory effect of arbitrarily chosen spectra of light within their visible spectrum requires mixtures of at least four different primary colors.

Of course if we "see" like the normal people we can only have an Idea of this beautiful condition. But let's talk about Concetta Antico Having  a beautiful name a long with a beautiful eye condition can make only an incredible Artist.

HAPPIER, LESS STRESSED



We believe the implications are clear, we want to achieve health, well-being and happiness, but wishing is not enough.

The desire to be complemented by rational analysis and the proper action, we create to make sense of our lives. 

 This is why we say that life does not give us anything for free and have to pay the price.

Help, Receiving, Ask



One of the hardest things in life is receiving help.

We live with the illusion of self-sufficiency, we think we have power and intelligence to solve the situations we face and our pride keeps denying for or receiving help because it may be seem a sign of weakness that we do not want to show to world.

Many times we do not realize is most important, useful and profitable prevent than repair and stubbornly persist with our old habits, our old beliefs and practices become harmful for not wanting to make the effort to change them.

But its necessary to understand the reasons why we adopt these behaviors.

Make a new or change directions, requires a waste of energy that makes us uncomfortable and requires a very powerful impulse to induce us to make changes.

If there is a very powerful motivation, even though we can intellectually appreciate that the information we receive is important, we prefer to follow the easy path that we already know and we can always find an excuse.

We do not have Energy.

Why people now days doesn't have energy?


 
 Researchers have pointed several causes able to take away our energy, like stress, work , the house, or lack of rest, of course if we add bad nutrition and no exercises, that will be worst.


We need to stop thinking that energy can be wasted, you need to focus and use the energy in positive thoughts and useful  activities.

You will be having more energy than usual.

Remember negative thoughts or negative activities can be very expensive for your life.

Learn how to live and enjoy your life, not the others life.

You are first, now you can try to make positive plans for Your future.

 Para con el Estrés

Todo ser humano tiene las herramientas para controlar el estrés y así procurarse una vida  feliz y más saludable.

El cerebro tiene la capacidad de analizar, de ver, de comprender, de sentir y de actuar, lo único necesario es armonizarlas, porque el ser humano es una combinación de cuerpo, mente, sociedad y espíritu.

Para mantener el equilibrio y estar libre del estrés lo que se debe hacer es mantener en armonía cada una de las partes, pues cuando se desequilibra una parte del sistema, se desequilibra el todo.

 

Cuando revisamos nuestra vida y la de los que nos rodean 

¿Que vemos?


Encontramos gente estresada, infeliz, deprimida, ansiosa, enferma, incapaces de mantener relaciones estables  que pasan por la vida navegando en piloto automático sin control, no importa que tantos conocimientos tengan y a veces a pesar de haber conseguido todas las cosas materiales que se supone quiere o necesita un ser humano para ser feliz.


Cual es la razón por la que es necesario enfermar y sufrir en carne propia si el conocimiento esta disponible, si ya mucha gente ha pasado por la misma situación. 

¿Por que debo tropezar con la misma piedra con la que mucha gente ha tropezado antes? 

¿Por que no podemos aprender de la experiencia ajena?


Pensamos que esto ocurre porque no sabemos como hacerlo,  es lo que llamamos que no nos han enseñado a vivir.  
 
Esta claro nunca es tarde.

Siempre se puede mejorar y aprender, pero ¿por que es necesario esperar a que me de el infarto. 

¿Por que no hacer lo necesario para prevenirlo?  

Muy probablemente  por que nadie lo enseño y no me lo enseñaron,  por que no lo sabían o tal vez si me lo dijeron pero no lo aprendí o comprendí.

 

Respirar


Cuando se sienta agobiado por los nervios y la presión de la vida; tómese un instante para hacer consiente su respiración.

Tómese todos los días unos minutos para hacer este ejercicio:

*En un lugar tranquilo, preferiblemente cerca de una ventana siéntese comodamente y respire suave y naturalmente.  

Solo concéntrese en el acto de respirar.

Pronto notará que la respiración se vuelve mas lenta y profunda.

Sentirá como su cuerpo se relaja y las tensiones van diluyendo.
