At night
Before you go to sleep, it is always good:
- To stretch before going to bed.
- Have positive thoughts.
- If you can try to take a bath.
- Try not to eat in at least 1 hour before bed. (hopefully 2 hours).
- And of course massage yourself a little bit with a nice cream, even do we are very tired if we don't take care of ourselves no body will do it for us.
