Just because we can co- exist 

Friendship

I was talking to one of my friends she has a lot of money, and she told me a story of one of her Gay friends, this guy didn't "want to come out of the closet" like people says he was afraid of the judgement from his family, as like something very normal. I'm not homosexual, but I have best friends been homosexuals and they are the best. So my friend was telling me the situation and once she told him: -Hey you know if you tell everybody else that you like guys, you will see who is gonna stay by your side and be a true friend- Is like me I have money and I've learn who wants to be my real friend and who wants to be a friend because they want to ask me for something. 

Come to think this is real, a lot of times we do take care of the wrong people, meanwhile the true friends are there not even asking for favors, not even asking for money, not even asking for nothing just been close to us an just chat about life.  Like our pets, they are always there for us.

Because we don't know

Time to enjoy your life.

Because...

If we can't have  a couple we can always have them

Animals, we shared this world with other species, they need us, and they can make us happy, help us in a depression, they will be always waiting for us. They minimum that we can do for them is taking a good care of them and enjoy their love.

Stone Forest China

The Stone Forest or Shilin is a notable set of limestone formations located in Shilin Yi Autonomous County The tall rocks seem to emanate from the ground in the manner of stalagmites, with many looking like petrified trees thereby creating the illusion of a forest made of stone These formations, caused by the dissolution of limestone, are believed to be over 270 million years old. 

Like any other beautiful places plus this old, has his legend , it's been told the forest is the birthplace of Ashima, a beautiful girl of the Yi people. After falling in love she was forbidden to marry her chosen suitor and instead turned into a stone in the forest that still bears her name. Each year on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, many Yi people celebrate the Torch Festival, which features folk dances and wrestling competitions.

 

 

Respirar

Cuando se sienta agobiado por los nervios y la presión de la vida; tómese un instante para hacer consiente su respiración.

Tómese todos los días unos minutos para hacer este ejercicio:

*En un lugar tranquilo, preferiblemente cerca de una ventana siéntese comodamente y respire suave y naturalmente.  

Solo concéntrese en el acto de respirar.

Pronto notará que la respiración se vuelve mas lenta y profunda.

Sentirá como su cuerpo se relaja y las tensiones van diluyendo.

Carpe Diem

¿Acaso podríamos vivir  si no tenemos una visión para nuestro futuro? 

Se necesita tener esa visión que nos oriente. Tenemos que conocer las metas y de alguna manera organizar las fantasías de lo que idealmente queremos. 

Es necesario construir un mapa que nos ayude a navegar por el camino de la vida.

Entonces pensar en el futuro es  elaborar el plano general que nos sirva de guía en la vida y lo mismo sucede con el pasado sin el cual no podemos vivir.

Como decía Baruch Spinoza “Si no quieres repetir el pasado, estúdialo” ahora hecho todo eso dedícate a vivir el presente  tan intensamente como te sea posible.
