I was just checking a couple of days ago an interview with the definition of beauty, so pretty much has to do with the skinny, blond, tall, blue eyes girl. For guys it's the six pack in the abdomen and as well the perfect chin with the perfect glance or might say the bad boy. Well that's not reality well great for the ones that are like that, but what happen with the other 90% of the world wild population?

We can be any sizes, any height any color. Yet Hitler and his perfect race... still continues that what they are selling to us, with creams, shampoos, perfume. 

It's that really necessary?  Does commercials those advertisement do they affect to us?

There was a little girl saying to her mother "Mom I don't want Ice cream I can get fat"  I would love to say that at my age. But I enjoy Ice cream. This girl was only 6 years old and skinny. I ask her the reason. She reply to me " My mom makes diets she want's to be like a model so do I"

Again do we really need perfection to be sell to us in a massive way?

There was always the story of the gold at the end of the rainbow... 

So why we don't start thinking that the waiting will be worthy and we will get at the end a reword. Just be patient with your surrounds and find some peaceful place to think and even to talk to yourself.

What is more difficult to understand of suicide?

We have to understand that it is not an isolated event, there is no single cause. Yes there are triggers.
Not that someone makes the decision only because he suffers bullying, or just because he left his wife, if not all people, in this situation, they would.  

There is a whole chain reaction.
 
In this also have the emotional resources of the person, support networks and if they have a mental disorder.
 
It is a disease. Nobody wants to get sick just because. You have to think like a mental cancer that develops is not something impulsive, there is a whole planning stage. Remains a disease. 

 Anyone who commits suicide does NOT wants to die,  they want to stop suffering.
 
It is not an act of selfishness or cowardice or lack of God; is the outcome of a disease.

 

Peace

It's something that make us feel like in a sunset, warm and peaceful, we need to learn that even in those moments of stress we can try to think in our favorite place. Or our happiest moment in our life. We need to be in peace with our selves to get the perfect answer for our problems. 

Remember life its too short to be stress all the time. 

I hate heights

Going Green

I actually drive like this... but yesterday there was an accident nothing serious only the cars got injured,  but it's because the desperation to be at home... We should at least be thankful that we are going and that in 30 min or 1 hour we will be at home, and enjoy music, chat, the view, even jokes that makes us laugh.

More about Stress

Some techniques are: change the attitude, learning to live in the moment, developing a sense of humor, learn to  forgive and give, improve relationships and focus on what  they have instead of lamenting what is missing, if is possible learn and practice and most certainly your stress level will be lower.  

If the family also encourage empathy with the relatives, listen to them, treat them with love and affection, aggression levels will decrease significantly. 

We understand that it is impossible to achieve all previous goals, it is necessary to identify which one will be the one you need or someone close to you, will need as well.

Remember Love, forgiveness, and patience are the most important.

Because we are not awake

101 waterfalls in Milford Sound, New Zealand

It is one of the rainiest regions of the world. At the same time, one of the most beautiful landscapes on the planet. 

Milford Sound is a fjord in the southwest area of ​​the South Island of New Zealand, which is rare to find on a sunny day. 

In the area, falling more than 6,800 mm of rainfall per year (may even fall 300 mm in one day).  The particularity of the rugged landscape with steep chasms that can reach 1200 meters, cause the water to drain from a rushing way: hundreds of waterfalls falling into the sea providing a unique and uproarious other show.

 

 

Tepui or Tepuy South America

is a table-top mountain or mesa found in the Guiana Highlands of South America, especially in Venezuela and western Guyana. The word tepui means "house of the gods" in the native tongue of the Pemon, the indigenous people who inhabit the Gran Sabana.

We do have several Tepuis but let's talk about the:

Auyán-tepui

Auyán-tepui means "Devil's House" in the local Pemón

Ironically has the Angel Falls, the tallest waterfall in the world. Auyán-tepui achieved international fame in 1933 when Angel Falls was accidentally discovered by Jimmie Angel, a bush pilot searching for gold ore. 

Attempting to land on the heart-shaped mesa in 1937, Angel crashed his small Flamingo plane on top of Auyán-tepui and was forced to hike down the gradually sloping backside, a trip that took him and his crew 11 days to complete; he was immortalised when the waterfall was named after him 

Bamboo Forest of Sagano

This bamboo forest is one of the most beautiful bamboo forests in Japan. 

The sound of the wind in this bamboo forest has been voted as one of "one hundred must-be-preserved sounds of Japan" by the Japanese government. 

Back in the 1870s when Edison was looking for a good bamboo as a material of a filament for his early light bulb, the governor of Kyoto recommended two sources for bamboo, this being one of them. Edison used the other one. 

 

The avenue of baobabs, Madagascar

Although not a complete forest in the strict sense, the landscape that draw this trees forming this path should be included in today post. 

 

The 30 meter high reach these individuals joined their 800 years are inducements for lovers of natural beauty.

Anyone would think that these trees grew in isolation capriciously. The truth is that they were part of a dense tropical forest that was cut down to measure as always in our planet.

 

However, baobabs were respected. Just seven miles from this place, is the so-called "Baobab Amoureux" two beautiful specimens grew intertwined.

 

 

 

 

Stone Forest China

The Stone Forest or Shilin is a notable set of limestone formations located in Shilin Yi Autonomous County The tall rocks seem to emanate from the ground in the manner of stalagmites, with many looking like petrified trees thereby creating the illusion of a forest made of stone These formations, caused by the dissolution of limestone, are believed to be over 270 million years old. 

Like any other beautiful places plus this old, has his legend , it's been told the forest is the birthplace of Ashima, a beautiful girl of the Yi people. After falling in love she was forbidden to marry her chosen suitor and instead turned into a stone in the forest that still bears her name. Each year on the 24th day of the sixth lunar month, many Yi people celebrate the Torch Festival, which features folk dances and wrestling competitions.
